Platform Prioritisation: Building on proven performance from the HWY launch phase, the campaign will focus resources on: Facebook (Instagram through ads) and YouTube. Scope of Work a. Media Planning and Budget Allocation Develop detailed media plan across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube for the full 2026- 2027 contract period Propose budget allocation by platform, audience segment, monthly phase, and year, reflecting the indicative 50/50 split between 2026 and 2027 needs Justify media strategy based on platform performance, audience behaviours, and campaign objectives Align spending with the 2026 and 2027 content release calendar a.
