Aug 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Health 1 Overview: Amel Association International (Amel) is a Lebanese and non-sectarian NGO created in 1979. Amel works through 30 centers, 6 mobile medical units, 2 mobile education units and 1 protection unit, and for more than 40 years has supported the poorest regions of Lebanon, from Beirut and its South Suburbs to Mount Lebanon, Bekaa and South Lebanon. Amel offers accessible services for all in the following fields: food security, health, education, protection, child protection, gender-based violence, livelihood, promotion and protection of human rights, rural development. 2- Objective of the Assignment: Amel Association is working in Primary Health Care Centers (PHCCs), and community Mental Health. In these different settings, the team members may encounter situations in which a service user or a service users caregiver might be going through an emotional crisis, with a risk of escalation and unstable and dangerous situation for the person and/or for the staff. Therefore, Amel is launching a call for trainers to provide training on Emotional Crisis Management in the Workplace allowing the participants to learn the main steps to deal with emotional crisis situations in the workplace.
