Tenders are invited for Pilot Partners - Testing and Integrating Media Literacy Platform. Closing Date: Wednesday, 19. Aug 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Education, Training & Capacity Building Remuneration range: 1000 to 2000 (USD) Duration of Contract: September 2026 15 October 2026 (Approximately 4 weeks) DW Akademie is seeking pilot partners to test and provide feedback on a newly developed Arabic-language Media and Information Literacy (MIL) platform created under the project Conscious Gaze: Media Literacy against Disinformation and Hate Speech in Conflicts. The platform offers practical learning resources on media literacy, disinformation and hate speech and is designed for use in educational, training and community settings. Eligible applicants must be based and actively working in Lebanon, Libya, Palestine, Tunisia or Yemen. Applications are welcome from civil society organisations (CSOs), educational institutions, youth organisations, media development organisations, community-based organisations, and networks of Media and Information Literacy (MIL) trainers, facilitators and multipliers. Applicants should have experience delivering educational activities, trainings or workshops and should work with at least two of the platforms target groups, including educators, trainers, youth, media professionals and civil society actors. Selected pilot partners will integrate the platform into their existing educational, training or community activities between September and early October 2026. As part of the pilot, partners will familiarize themselves with the platform, submit a short implementation plan, conduct at least two workshops with a minimum of 10 participants each, collect participant feedback, participate in feedback sessions with DW Akademie and submit a final narrative report with recommendations for further development of the platform. DW Akademie plans to select approximately four pilot partners. Selection will be based on relevant experience, implementation capacity and the ability to generate meaningful feedback. Where possible, one organisation per project country will be selected, while regional partnerships may also be considered. Selected partners will be contracted by DW Akademie. The maximum contract value is EUR 1,900, including all applicable costs and taxes, payable upon successful completion of the pilot activities and submission of the final report.
