The Activities Are Aimed At Removing Existing Architectural Barriers And Ensuring Unhindered Access For People With Disabilities To The Site. The Procedure Will Ensure The Need To Create A Safe And Accessible Environment In Front Of The Building Of The Center For Social Rehabilitation And Integration For People With Disabilities-C. Shumen And Its Adjacent External Spaces, Removing Architectural Barriers And Facilitating The Movement Of Disabled People, Persons With Reduced Mobility And The Future Users Of Csri, Creating Conditions For Equal Access And Social Inclusion. Pursuant To Act No. 4838, The Object Included In The Project Proposal Is An Independent Object In A Building With A Monolithic Construction, Put Into Operation In 2016, With Identifier 83510.668.265.3.9 And Intended For: For Health And Social Services, Located On Land With Identifier 83510.668.265. The Location Of The Property Is Shumen District, Commune. Shumen, Town Of Shumen, Gotse Delchev Street And Nikola Y. Vaptsarov Street, Upi V In Quarter 353 According To The Cadastral Map. By Decision No. 592 Of 19.12.2013, The Shumen Municipal Council Provided The Property Free Of Charge For The Management Of The Center For Social Rehabilitation And Integration For People With Disabilities. The Activities Subject To This Public Procurement Fall Under The Provisions Of Art. 151, Para. 1 Of Zut And It Is Not Necessary To Issue A Building Permit. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The Type, Quantity And Requirements For The Implementation Of The Planned Activities Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification Attached To The Public Procurement Documentation.
