The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is A Consulting Service Under Art. 166, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Law On Territorial Development (Zut) For The Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Smr For The Following Sites: Major Repair And Rehabilitation Of Streets On The Territory Of Dulovo Municipality - Village Chernolik, Village Zlatoklas, Village Pravda, Village Grancharovo, Village Okorsh, Village Oven, Village Vokil, Village Poroyno, Village Vodno, Village Polkovnik Taslakovo, Village Kolobar, Village Skala, Village Paisievo, Yarebitsa Village, Municipal Road-Oreshene Village And Dulovo Town - Vasil Levski Within The Framework Of The Public Procurement, Services Related To The Implementation Of Construction Supervision Should Be Performed, Including: Activity 1. Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of The Object, Until Its Acceptance And Commissioning, According To The Requirements Of The Zut And Guaranteeing The Application Of The Bulgarian Regulatory Requirements; Activity 2. Fulfilling The Function Of Safety And Health Coordinator, According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 22.03.2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions In The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works, Incl. Fulfillment Of All Obligations Of The Contracting Authority Provided For In The Mentioned Ordinance; Activity 3. Preparation Of The Final Report On The Construction, According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut And Ordinance No. 2 Of 31.07.2003 On Putting Into Operation The Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Equipment And Construction Sites, And On The Technical Passport For The Construction According To Art. 176A Of The Zut And Ordinance No. 5 Of 28.12.2006 On The Technical Passports Of Constructions;
