This Public Procurement Includes The Following Activities: Activity 1: Design-Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Working Project Phase, With Volume And Content According To Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects. The Project Should Cover All The Necessary Activities For The Construction Of An Open Parking Lot With An Approximate Area Of ​​1,150 Square Meters, Including The Organization Of Transport Access, Parking And Traffic, Road Construction And Pavements, Curbs, Drainage, Markings, Signaling, Elements For An Accessible Environment And All Accompanying Construction And Installation Works Necessary For The Normal Operation Of The Site. The Design Development Should Include The Following Parts: Part Geodesy, Part Roads, Part Traffic Organization And Temporary Organization And Safety Of Traffic, Part Safety And Health Plan, Part Fire Safety, Part Construction Waste Management Plan, Part Accounting Documentation, Including Detailed Quantity Accounts And Quantity-Value Accounts For All Project Parts. Activity 2: Smr – Implementation Of Smr (Construction And Installation Works) On An Approved Investment Project, As Well As Preparation Of Executive Documentation; Activity 3: Exercising Author Supervision During Construction.
