The Municipality Follows A Public European Procedure With Awarding Based On Best Price-Quality Ratio (Bpkv) To Conclude A Framework Agreement With A Maximum Of Three (3) Consultancy Firms For The Development Of The Environmental Plan For The Municipality Of Roosendaal. The Municipality Of Roosendaal Is Looking For Several Expert Consultancy Firms That Can Work Together And Help In Drawing Up And Developing The Environmental Plan As Referred To In The Environmental Act. The Contracting Authority Explicitly Opts For A Multidisciplinary Approach In Which Each Agency Contributes Specific Expertise, But Also Works Together Constructively On One Integral And Legally Sustainable Environmental Plan. The Agencies Provide On-Call Advice And Support Teams (Hourly Rate Basis), And Work Together Under The Direction Of The Municipality And Exchange Information To Ensure Consistency, Quality And Continuity.
