Home Group (Hg) Is Seeking To Establish A Framework Of Suitably Qualified And Experienced Consultants To Support Our New Build Development Programme. The Scope Of Projects May Vary And May Include Elements Of Conversion, Refurbishment Works, Regeneration And Supported Housing Projects.The Primary Discipline Required Is Employer’S Agent (Ea) Services. Applicants Must Demonstrate That Ea Services Are Their Principal Area Of Expertise And Qualified Discipline. In Addition, Applicants Bidding For Lot 5 (South) Must Be Able To Provide Fire Consultant Services Through An In-House Team And Not Via A Sub-Consultant Arrangement.Applicants Will Also Be Invited To Identify Any Other Consultancy Services They Can Provide In-House, Which May Be Incorporated Into Future Call-Off Appointments Where Appropriate. For The Purposes Of This Framework, These Services Will Be Identified As Non-Core Services In Our Tender Documentation.It Is Intended That Framework Call-Offs Will Be Primarily Via Rotation, However A Direct Award Mechanism Will Be Available Where Pre-Defined Criteria Are Met.
