The City Of Oelde Intends To Commission The Timber Construction And Facade Work For The Conversion And Expansion Of The Albert Schweitzer School As Part Of An Open Process. The Two-Story School Building With A Basement Was Built In 1956 As A Single-Hip Corridor School In Solid Construction, An Intermediate Building With An Access Wing In 2007. The School Grounds Are Fenced In All Around By Bar Mesh Fence Elements And Construction Fence Elements. The School Building Is Set Back On The Public Street “Zur Axt” And Is Accessible Via An Access Road In The Form Of A Turning Hammer. The Access Direction In The Turning Circle Is Temporarily Changed By The Construction Site Equipment Exclusively For Construction Operations.
