Bids Are Invited For Transportation Service

These Administrative Bases, Hereinafter The Bases, Are Part Of The Public Proposal Called “Transportation Service For The Establishments Of The Puente Alto Municipal Education, Health And Minor Care Corporation” Which Contain The Provisions That Will Govern The Relationships Between The Corporation And The Supplier(S). In This Context, The Purpose Of This Public Tender Is To Contract For 24 Months A Service That Will Consider: 1. Transportation For The Transfer Of People. 2. Transportation Of Medications That Do Not Require Refrigeration. 3. Transportation For Equipment, Minor Loads And The Delivery Of Correspondence. Notwithstanding The Above, And Given That The Provision Of The Service Is Associated With The Execution Of Different Health Programs, Central Administration And Other Cmpa Establishments, Which Are Financed By Specific Budgetary Sources, The Effective Duration Of The Service For Each Particular Line Or Program May Vary Depending On The Validity, Continuity Or Anticipated Termination Of The Respective Program, Without Affecting The Validity Or The General Term Of 24 Months Of The Contract For The Other Awarded Service Lines. In Addition, Bidders Must Guarantee The Quality, Safety And Efficiency In The Provision Of These Services, Aligning With Current Standards And Regulations. The Required Services Will Be At The Disposal Of The Corporation And Will Fulfill Transfer Functions, According To The Monthly Programming In Charge Of The Corporate Technical Unit, And Must Be Carried Out In The Establishments Of The Puente Alto Commune Specified In The Technical Bases. The Tender Will Be Carried Out Under The Multiple Award Modality; Where Each Bidder May Submit An Offer For One Or More Lines, And Each Line May Be Awarded To A Different Bidder, Or More Lines To The Same Bidder.
