The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity To The Wrocław Stadium Facility In Wrocław At Al. Śląska 1, In The Amount Of Approximately 3,700 Mwh, For A Period Of 12 Months (01/01/2027 - 31/12/2027), With The Ordered Power: - Power Supply Ppe Nr 590322415104135385 (Connection Si, 20Kv) - 1,000 Kw - Power Supply Ppe Nr 590322415104090096 (Sii Connections, 20Kv) – 900 Kw Connection Group: Iii. Tariff Group: B23. Measurement And Billing System Installed For 20Kv Voltage In R-3808. The Ordering Party Informs That In The Stadium (Tarczyński Arena) There Is A Photovoltaic Installation Connected To The Power Grid With An Installed Capacity Of 601.4 Kwp (2 X 300.7 Kwp) And An Estimated Annual Electricity Production Of Approximately 551.0 Mwh. The Repurchase Of Electricity Will Apply To Two Ppes In The B23 Tariff Group Listed In The Ppe List. The Ordering Party Expects To Introduce Approximately 1% Of The Produced Electricity, I.E. Approximately 5.5 Mwh, Into The Tauron Dystrybucja Sa Energy Network During The Term Of The Contract. The Remaining (Estimated) Part Of The Generated Electricity, I.E. Approximately 545.5 Mwh, Will Be Used By The Ordering Party. The Power Of The Installed Sources Assigned To Each Ppe Separately Is 300.7 Kwp. The Selected Contractor Will Be Obliged To Act As The Entity Responsible For Commercial Balancing Of The Pv Installations And The Repurchase Of Electricity Fed Into The Dso Network On The Terms Presented By The Contractor In A Separate Agreement. The Terms Of Repurchase Of Electricity Produced In The Pv Installation Are Not A Criterion For Selecting The Contractor. 2. The Estimated Amount Of Energy Ordered Given In Point 1 Above Is Indicative, Used To Compare Offers And Does Not Constitute An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Energy In The Given Amount. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For Failure To Collect The Expected Amount Of Energy By The Ordering Party.
