The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract (Hereafter Also Referred To As Vz) Is Also Defined By The Binding Draft Contracts, Which Are Annex No. 2 Of The Tender Conditions (Annex No. 2A - Draft Purchase Contract And Annex No. 2B - Draft Loan Contract), Annex No. 8 Of The Tender Conditions - Item Price List, And Annex No. 9 Of The Tender Conditions - Technical Parameters Of The Subject Of Performance (Annex No. 9A - Technical Parameters Of The Goods, And Appendix No. 9B – Technical Parameters Of The Object Of Loan). The Quantity Of The Subject Of Performance In Individual Items Listed In Annex No. 8 Of The Tender Conditions – Item Price List Is An Indicative Quantity, Or Assumed. The Contracting Authority Is Entitled To Determine The Specific Quantity And Time Of Fulfillment Of Individual Partial Deliveries According To Its Immediate Or Current Needs With Regard To The Composition Of Patients Without Penalty Or Other Penalty On The Part Of The Selected Supplier.
