Horticultural Services – Ongoing Maintenance And Care Of Greenery In The City Of Kalisz, Region Vii. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Ongoing Maintenance And Care Of Green Areas In The City Of Kalisz, District Vii. Areas Specified In The Annex Entitled Price Form For District Vii, 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: - Mowing Of Lawns And Road Lanes, Raking, Removal Of Mown Material; - Care (Watering, Fertilizing, Etc.) Of Young Plantings (Trees, Shrubs, Perennials And Vines, Seasonal Plants); - Spring And Autumn Raking Of Leaves Together With Their Removal And Removal Of Leaves; - Trimming Hedges, Bushes, Removing Cut Shoots; - Trimming Inflorescences Of Shrubs And Perennials Together With The Removal Of Cut Shoots - Weeding Of Clusters Of Shrubs, Perennials And Flower Beds Together With The Removal Of Weeds; -Sweeping And Snow Removal Of Stairs; - Washing Benches; - Washing Baskets; -Maintenance Of Alleys (Sweeping Alleys And Removing Waste, Winter Maintenance Of Alleys, Including Snow Removal, Purchase Of Sand, Sprinkling Of Alleys, Post-Winter Cleaning Of Alleys); - Operation Of The Automatic Irrigation System; - Repair And Painting Of Benches; -Removing Self-Sowing Trees, Suckers, Collecting And Removing Broken Branches And Limbs; - Ongoing Maintenance Of Cleanliness In Parks, Squares And Green Areas; 3. The Order Will Be Completed On The Following Dates: 1) The Order Will Begin On The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract (But Not Earlier Than September 1, 2026), And The Order Will Be Completed By February 29, 2028 Or On The Day When The Amount Indicated In § 5 Section 1 Of The Contract - Depending On Which Event Occurs First. 2) The Contract Completion Date May Be Changed In The Cases Described Later In The Swz, In Particular If The Ordering Party Exercises Its Option Right. 4. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law With A Net Value Not Exceeding Pln 442,201.53 Net And Will Consist In Repeating Similar Services To Those Covered By The Subject Of The Basic Contract. These Orders May Be Awarded When It Is Beneficial To The Ordering Party Or When There Is A Need To Perform Them. Moreover, These Contracts May Be Awarded After Securing Appropriate Financial Resources To Finance The Order. These Orders Will Be Awarded Using Unit Lump Sum Prices Applicable In The Contract For The Basic Order, And If This Is Not Possible, On Terms Negotiated By The Ordering Party And The Contractor. 5. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right In A Maximum Value Not Exceeding Pln 442,201.53 Net, With The Following Conditions And Assumptions: 1) The Option Right May Consist In Increasing The Number Of Activities Performed Above The Amount Covered By The Basic Order (Point 4.3 Of The Swz) During The Term Of The Contract Or Extending The Deadline For The Execution Of The Concluded Contract By A Maximum Of 12 Months, Taking Into Account The Maximum Amount Indicated In Point 1, 2) The Option Right Applies Provisions Of The Swz, Annexes To The Swz And Contract Provisions
