The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of The Following Services: A. Maintaining Constant Availability For The Ordering Party:  Two Multi-Purpose (Passenger) Aircraft Used To Transport People (Passengers) And Goods (Cargo), The Minimum Technical And Functional Parameters Of Which Are Described In Detail In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Aircraft  One Aircraft Adapted To Carry Out Medical Operations (Medevac), The Minimum Technical And Functional Parameters Of Which Are Described In Detail In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Aircraft, B. Maintaining The Constant Readiness Of The Contractor To Perform Air Transport, At Any Request Of The Ordering Party, B. Non-Scheduled Air Transport Using Aircraft Referred To In Point A. Above, At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, C. Rental Of A Warehouse Located At The Chopin Airport In Warsaw (Iata Code: Waw), The Minimum Technical And Functional Parameters Of Which Are Described In Detail In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Warehouse, For Its Use By The Ordering Party To Store Professional Medical Equipment, Reusable Medical Accessories And Disposable Medical Accessories Constituting The Necessary Supplies For Medical Operations. 2. The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Designed Contractual Provisions.
