Company Health Services – External Service For Prevention And Protection At Work. This Contract Concerns A Framework Agreement Relating To The Provision Of Services Of An External Service For Prevention And Protection At Work (Seppt) For The Benefit Of The House Of Representatives, The Senate, Institutions Endowed With An Allocation Dependent On The Federal Legislative Power Or Hosted In Its Buildings, The Court Of Auditors And The Constitutional Court. These Institutions May, Individually Or As A Group, Conclude A Contract With The Successful Tenderer Chosen On The Basis Of This Framework Agreement, Without However Being Obliged To Do So. Each Of The Aforementioned Institutions May Also Enter Into A Contract Outside Of This Framework Agreement, Subject To The Following.
