All eligible, qualified and technically competent design firms may submit their proposals in accordance with the descriptions set out in this call for tenders. The selected design office will conclude a service provision contract with CARE. The bidder, whether domiciled or not in Burkina Faso, must be in compliance with all the regulations imposed by the government to carry out its activities in Burkina Faso.
