(a) Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover (AACT) of IDR 129,400,000,000 calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last 3 years (2023-2025); (b) Participation as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, or Subcontractor, in at least one contract that has been satisfactorily and substantially completed within last 10 (ten) years as evidenced by provisional hand-over or taking over certificate and that is similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidders participation exceeds IDR 77,640,000,000.
