The Subject Of The Order - Described In Annexes No. 5 And 6 To The Swz - Includes, Among Others: 1) Dismantling 2 Football Goals And 2 Benches, 2) Moving 2 Playground Equipment From The Playground To The Recreational Area, 3) Adding 3 Playground Equipment, 4 Benches, A Table And 2 Waste Bins To The Playground, 4) Adding A Playground Device And A Bench To The Recreational Area, 5) Construction Of Sand Fields For Play Equipment.2. The Contractor Will Be Obliged - At His Own Expense And Within His Own Scope - Also To, Among Others: To: 1) Ensure Technical Supervision, 2) Appropriate Fencing And Security Of The Construction Site, 3) Maintain Order At The Exit From The Construction Site To Public Roads And Within The Area Of The Works Being Carried Out, 4) Organize The Construction Site And Social Facilities Along With Restoring The Area To Its Original Condition, 5) Secure Own Property On The Work Site, Repair Damage Caused During The Work, 6) Carry Out The Work In A Way That Does Not Cause Any Inconvenience To People Visiting The Playground And Recreational Area And Ensure Communication Routes And Safe Passage For Residents, 7) Tidy Up The Area After Completion Of The Works, Including The Removal Of Damage Caused During The Performance Of The Works, 8) Ensuring Safe Conditions For The Implementation Of Works, Specified In Fire And Health And Safety Regulations And Environmental Protection Regulations, Including Employee Training, 9) Close Cooperation With The Ordering Party, Investors Supervision And Authors Supervision, 10) Ensuring The Participation Of The Construction Manager In Coordination And Technical Meetings At The Construction Site Or In Places Related To The Implementation, Indicated By The Ordering Party And On The Dates Set By Him, As Well During The Inspection By Representatives Of The State Construction Supervision Inspector And Other Authorities,11) Reporting Each Collision With An Existing Tree Stand To The Ordering Party,12) Managing The Demolition Materials On Their Own (Storage, Removal, Fees, Etc.)
