1. The Task Is Located On A Section Of The Municipal Road Ul. Konarski In Piła. The Fragment Covered By The Task Begins At The Intersection With The District Road At Ul. Wyspiańskiego, And Ends At The Intersection With Municipal Roads, Ul. Salezjańska And Ul. Wyszyński. The Section Is Approximately 200 M Long. The Road Should Be Reconstructed By: - Construction Of A New Road Surface Of Asphalt Concrete, - Adjustment Of Existing Stone Curbs, - Replacement Of Concrete Curbs With New Ones, - Replacement Of Concrete Edges With New Ones, - Renovation And Widening Of Existing Sidewalks, - Construction Of A New Raised Pedestrian Crossing Made Of Concrete Blocks, - Installation Of Separators And Road Shelters (Mini Roundabout), - Installation Of Markings. Horizontal And Vertical. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Works Manager And Prepare And Submit To The Ordering Party As-Built Documentation, Including, Among Others: As-Built Surveying Inventory, Material Documents And As-Built Cost Estimates. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Temporary Traffic Organization Design For The Scope In Question Within 7 Days Of Signing The Contract. 4. The Ordering Party Provides A Person To Exercise Archaeological Supervision Over The Earthworks. 5. All Work Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Work Technology.6. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Repair Or Bear The Costs Of Repairing Damage Caused During Or In Connection With The Performance Of The Works.7. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Submission Of The Said Evidence.
