The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Transport, Delivery, Unloading And Assembly Of The Elements Of The Subject Of The Order To Mpk In Łomża, Ul. Spokojna 9, 2) Tidying Up The Assembly Area After Completion Of The Installation, I.E. Removing All Devices From The Temporary Facilities And Leaving The Entire Area Clean And Suitable For Use, 3) Providing The Ordering Party With Warranty Documents, Device Operating Instructions, As Well As Two Copies In Paper Version And An Electronic Version Of The Documentation Prepared In Polish And Containing, If Required: A) Operational And Technical Documentation Of The Device (Dtr), B) Positive Acceptance Report By The Supervision Office Technical, C) Manufacturers Declaration Of Conformity With Applicable Standards And Regulations. 4) Granting A Warranty For Purchased Devices And Providing Warranty (Maintenance) Services During The Warranty Period.
