Organization And Conduct Of Two-Semester Postgraduate Studies In The Field Of Income Taxes And Vat In Tax Proceedings And Tax Audits; Description Of The Subject Of The Order 1) Studies For 40 Employees Of The Ministry Of Finance. The Target Group Is Employees Who: - Have Been Employed In Substantive Units (Inspection Activities, Tax Proceedings Or Tax Audits) For At Least 5 Years; - In The Future They Will Constitute A Group Of Experts Supporting The Implementation Of Processes And Tasks In Substantive Units, I.E. Units Carrying Out Verification Activities; Conducting Tax And Appeal Proceedings In This Field, Conducting Income Tax Audits (In Particular In The Field Of Tax Optimization And Transfer Prices) In Large Entities; - Have A University Degree, At Least First Degree; 2) Classes As Part Of The Studies Will Be Held On Saturdays And Sundays In A Stationary Form (At The Kss Branch In Białobrzegi Near Warsaw) And/Or Online And/Or Hybrid Using A Tool Provided By The Contractor. We Assume That A Maximum Of 5 Meetings Can Be Conducted Online. The Final Examination (Outside The Framework Postgraduate Study Program) May Be Taken Stationary Or Online.3) The Study Program Must Include 224 Teaching Hours, Where A Teaching Hour Is Understood As 45 Minutes; 4) The Theoretical Part Will Be Carried Out By The Contractor, While The Workshops (The So-Called Practical Part) Will Be Carried Out By Both The Contractor And Trainers/Experts From Kas. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Classes Conducted By Lecturers.
