1. The Subject Of The Order Is - In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities And The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Reconstruction Of The Pedestrian And Bicycle Route On The District Road No. 2981S In Knurów At Ul. 1 Maja On A Section With A Total Length Of Approx. 187 Meters From The Intersection With Ul. Kosmonautów To Ul. Lipowa Avenue. The Reconstruction Assumes Improving The Technical And Operational Parameters Of The Surface For Pedestrians And Cyclists By: O Replacing The Structure Along The Entire Width Of The Pedestrian And Bicycle Route, O Replacing The Existing Paving Stone Surface On The Bicycle Route With An Asphalt Concrete Surface, O Laying New Paving Stones On The Pedestrian Route, O Replacing Edges And Curbs, O Installing New Concrete Edges Separating Pedestrian And Bicycle Traffic. 2. The Planned Scope Of Work Includes: Preparatory And Demolition Works, Earthworks And Drainage, Surface Works, Laying Curbs And Edges, Paving Works, Regulation Of Two Telecommunications Wells. 3.3. The Main Scope Of Works, The Method Of Their Execution And The Quality Requirements For The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order Were Specified In The Bill Of Quantities And Stwiorb, Which Constitute Annex No. 3 To Swz.4. If, During The Works, Non-Invented External Devices And Networks Are Found, The Contractor Will Secure Them And Agree On The Method Of Carrying Out Further Work With The Appropriate Operator Of The Device Or Network. 5. In The Event Of Damage To Underground Or Overhead Devices, The Contractor Undertakes To Immediately Notify The Appropriate Network Operators, Cooperate With Them In Removing The Damage And Cover The Costs Of Repairs.6. Markings For The Duration Of Works Should Be In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 7. During The Works, Access To And Access To The Property, Fields And Public Facilities Should Be Possible. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Construction Site.9. The Scope Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Performance Of All Construction Works And Supplies Of Materials, As Well As Preparatory, Demolition, Accompanying And Complementary Works Necessary To Perform And Complete The Task.
