The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Inspection Of Facilities Before Commencing Work; 2) Preparation Of The Necessary Inventory Of The Existing Condition; 3) Development Of Structural Diagrams Of Power Supply Of Facilities From The Energy Consumption Point (Ppe) To Final Loads; 4) Analysis Of The Basic Power Supply Of Facilities In Terms Of Their Adaptation To The Functional Use Of A Reserve Energy Source; 5) Analysis Of Power, Load Balance And Indication Of Loads Requiring Emergency Power Supply; 6) Analysis Of Technical, Spatial, Formal And Legal Conditions, Conservation And Operational Purposes, And Indication Of The Optimal Method Of Using Space And Existing Facilities For The Purposes Of The Designed Reserve Power Systems;7) Development Of Design Concepts; 8) Preparing Comprehensive Design Documentation For All Required Industries;9) Preparing Bills Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimates And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwior);10) Developing And Agreeing, If Required By The Distribution System Operator, Instructions On The Cooperation Of Reserve Energy Sources With The Dsos Network, I.E. Iwr, Or Another Equivalent Document Required By The Dso;11) Preparing And Submitting, If Required, An Application Or Applications For Changing The Technical Conditions Of Connection To The Network Power Engineering And Obtaining Documents Necessary To Implement The Adopted Solutions;12) Obtaining All Legally Required Arrangements, Opinions, Technical Conditions, Notifications, Decision
