The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Electric Utility Vehicle For The Implementation Of Project No. 1 Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Network Of Willow And Linden Avenues And Active Protection Of Insects By Restoring The Integrity Of Habitats And Preserving Biodiversity. The Required Technical And Operational Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order Are Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz (Opz).2. The Electric Utility Vehicle Is Intended To Perform Active Protection Tasks Provided For In The Project. It Is Not Intended For Commercial Use. 3. The Vehicle Must Meet The Technical Requirements Specified By The Regulations In Force In Poland For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Including Technical Conditions Resulting From The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations To This Act And Specified In The Regulation Of The European Parliament No. 168/2013 (Requirements Regarding The Approval Of Four-Wheeled Vehicles).4. The Required Technical And Operational Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order Are Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 5. The Costs Of Transport To The Ordering Party Are Borne By The Contractor.6. Delivery To The Ordering Partys Headquarters, I.E. Nature Education Center In Umianowice, Ul. Landscape Parks 7, 28-404 Kije. Delivery Of The Vehicle With Charged Batteries (Accumulators).7. Warranty And Service Requirements: 1) The Vehicle Offered By The Contractor Should Be Fully Operational And Meet The Technical, Quality And Operational Requirements Specified In The Opz. The Vehicle Should Have All Documents Necessary To Complete Formalities Related To Admission To Traffic On Public Roads And An Operating Manual In Polish. 2) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty For The Delivered Vehicle For The Period Indicated In The Offer, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Vehicle Acceptance Protocol By The Representatives Of The Parties. During The Warranty Period, All Repair Costs, Including Travel, Costs Of Materials And Spare Parts, With The Exception Of Materials And Consumable Parts Subject To Natural Wear, Are Borne By The Contractor.3) Repairs During The Warranty Period Will Be Completed Within 3 Business Days From The Date Of Notification. 4) Maximum Repair Time - Up To 14 Days From The Date Of Notification For Repair By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Allows An Extension Of The Repair Period In The Event Of The Lack Of Availability Of Elements/Parts To Be Replaced, Justified By The Contractor, Or The Occurrence Of Other Factors Beyond The Contractors Control That Affect The Repair Date.5) The Fulfillment Of Warranty Obligations Will Be Carried Out By Transport And At The Expense Of The Contractor.6) The Costs Of Transporting The Vehicle To The Ordering Party Shall Be
