The Subject Of The Order Is The Rental Of An Analyzer For Automatic Assessment Of The Esr Parameter Directly From Blood Count Test Tubes Collected With Edta, Together With The Delivery Of Consumables And Controls, In Accordance With The Description And Requirements Contained In Annex 1 To These Specifications.2. Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Lease: A) The Contractor Will Bear All Costs Related To The Maintenance Of The Subject Of The Lease (E.G. Technical Inspections In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations, Ongoing Repairs And Maintenance) During The Duration Of The Contract. B) Service Requirements: - Service Response Time To Reporting A Failure: * Telephone Contact With The Ordering Party - No Later Than 24 Hours From The Time Of Notification, * Service Response (Including Remote Repair) Will Be Undertaken By The Lessor No Later Than Within 48 Hours On Business Days From Date Of Notification (Including E-Mail).* In The Event Of A Failure Of The Device That Cannot Be Removed Within 48 Hours, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Replacement Device For The Duration Of The Repair, Or Cover The Costs Of Tests Performed By Subcontractors On The Same Type Of Analyzer And Transport Costs.C) The Costs Of Periodic Inspections, Service Maintenance Of The Device, Including Consumable Materials, Are Covered By The Contractor. Apparatus.E) The Contractor Undertakes To Conduct, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff At Its Registered Office - Os. Złota Jesieni 1, Kraków, Together With The Delivery Of The Analyzer, F) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit The Attendance List From The Training Referred To In Point 2 E) With Signatures Of Trained Users Confirming Their Actual Presence To The Registration Journal, Within 5 Business Days From The Date Of The Training.3. The Remaining Terms Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3A And 3B To The Swz.
