The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In Replacing The Closed-Circuit Television (Cctv) System In The Building Of The Faculty Of Biology Of The University Of Gdańsk At Ul. Wita Stwosza 59 In Gdańsk.2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv) Classification Code:45314300-4 (Installation Of Cabling Infrastructure),45314000-1 (Installation Of Telecommunications Equipment),45310000-3 (Electrical Installation Works).3. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Comprehensive Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In Replacing The Closed-Circuit Television (Cctv) System In The Building Of The Faculty Of Biology Of The University Of Gdańsk At Ul. Wita Stwosza 59 In Gdańsk, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 5 To The Swz,2) Provision Of Service, Inspection And Maintenance Of The Closed-Circuit Television (Cctv) System, Installations And Devices Along With Consumables, The Servicing, Inspection And Maintenance Of Which Are Required By Regulations And Manufacturers Recommendations In Order To Maintain Continuous Efficiency And Maintain Warranty Conditions - During The Warranty Period. The Minimum Scope Of Work And Time Periods Related To Service, Inspection And Maintenance Are Included In The Table In Chapter Ii, Point 2 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 5 To The Swz, Which Is A Collective Matrix Of Service And Maintenance Activities. The Contractor, Based On The Above-Mentioned Matrix, Is Obliged To Prepare A Written Schedule Specifying Detailed Deadlines For Carrying Out The Activities Indicated In The Matrix. The Schedule Prepared By The Contractor, Hereinafter Referred To As The Schedule Of Service And Maintenance Activities, Requires The Acceptance Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit The Schedule Of Service And Maintenance Activities To The Ordering Party Along With The Notification Of Completion Of The Works.4. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex No. 5 To Swz.5. The Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, Should Be Treated As Auxiliary Material. The Risk Of Correct Determination Of The Bill Of Quantities And Costs Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is Borne By The Contractor.6. Information Regarding The Subject Of The Order Contained In Any Document Is Considered Binding. All Documents Should Be Treated As Complementary And Mutually Clarifying.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Exercise Caution When Carrying Out The Works, In Particular To Ensure Appropriate Security, Supervision Of The Work Area During The Works, And Keeping The Work Area In Good Order.8.
