The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of An Integrated Recreation And Sports Square With Accompanying Infrastructure And External Lighting On The Premises Of The School And Kindergarten Complex No. 3 In Libiąż, At Plac Zwycięstwa 2 In Libiąż, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, To The Extent Planned For Implementation In The First Stage Of The Investment. As Part Of The Implementation Of The First Stage Of The Task, It Is Envisaged To Perform Works Constituting Part Of The Overall Project, In Particular The Execution Of Works Related To With: 1) Preparation And Protection Of The Construction Site, Including Demolition Works Consisting In Dismantling The Existing Play Set And Swing With Foundations, Backfilling Of Excavations And Leveling The Area, 2) Carrying Out Earthworks, Drainage And Construction Of Foundations; 3) Construction Of An Asphalt Surface For The Roller Skating And Roller Skating Route, Sidewalks Made Of Paving Stones And A Surface Made Of Paving Slabs/Blocks With Edges; 4) Carrying Out Works Related To Land Development, Including Landscaping, Construction Of Grass Surfaces And New Plantings Of Low Greenery; 5) Construction Of Foundations For A Recreational Shelter And Repair And Construction Of The External Coating Of Existing External Stairs; 6) Construction Of The Electrical Installation Of Area Lighting, Including Cable Trenches, Laying Of Cables And Protective Pipes, Installation Of Led Lighting Poles, Grounding, Connections, Measurements And Commissioning Of The Installation, 7) Delivery And Assembly Of Small Architectural Elements To Be Implemented In The First Stage, Including A Recreational Shelter, Two Park Chess Tables, An Information Board And A Fence Gate; 8) Carrying Out Finishing And Cleaning Works As Well As Carrying Out The Required Tests, Acceptance And Preparation Of As-Built Documentation.
