Subject Of The Orderthe Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of An External Elevator At The Building Of Primary School No. 1 In Ełk As Part Of The Project Improving Accessibility At Primary School No. 1 In Ełk, Which Received Funding From The Regional Program Of The European Fund For Warmia And Mazury 2021-2027. The Investment Area Is Not In A Conservation Protection Zone. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out On An Active Educational Facility. Thermal Modernization Works Of The Entire Facility Are Being Carried Out According To A Separate Order.1.1. The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Securing The Construction Site, B) Execution Of Demolition And Earthworks, Including Removal And Disposal, C) Construction Of An Elevator Shaft, D) Reconstruction Of The Existing Facility Into A Newly Constructed Elevator Shaft, E) Execution Of Facade And Finishing Works, F) Installation And Commissioning Of An Elevator For Disabled People With The Following Parameters: • Pass-Through Cabin, • Four-Stop Cabin, • Min. Load Capacity. 630Kg (8-Seater),• Stainless Steel Equipment,• Led Lighting,• Ventilation Of The Elevator Shaft,• Safety Equipment Of The Elevator Shaft And Cabin,G) Construction Of New Terrain Stairs And Hardening Of The Area With A Concrete Block Surface,H) Designation Of Places For Disabled People Through Vertical And Horizontal Marking,I) Restoration Of Damaged Or Devastated Paved Surfaces And Green Areas To Their Original Condition After Construction Works, J) Cleaning The Area After Construction Works, K) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation In Two Copies, Including: • Udts Decision To Authorize The Crane For Operation, • As-Built Surveying Documentation, • Statements Of The Construction Manager And Industry Managers, • Reports On Tests And Measurements Carried Out During The Works, • Approvals And Certificates Of Built-In Materials, • Other Documents Necessary To Obtain An Occupancy Permit. L) Obtaining A Permit To Use The Facility.1.2. As Part Of The Offered Price, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: A) Provide Utilities (I.E. Electricity, Water) For The Duration Of The Construction Works, B) Not Damage The Facilities And Equipment Located On The Transferred Construction Site. In The Event Of Damage, The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair Them At His Own Expense In Compliance With The Terms And Conditions Of The Owners Of These Devices And Facilities, C) Obtain A Current Geodetic Map Showing The Actual Condition Of The Areas Infrastructure Due To Possible Built-In Underground Facilities Not Shown On The Attached Maps, D) Maintain And Protect Against Damage The Geodetic Points Located In The Immediate Vicinity, And In The Event Of Damage Or Collision, Restore Them In Accordance With The Relevant Regulations, E) Participate In Warranty Inspections Of The Facility Convened At The Request Of The Ordering Party During The Period Granted Warranty - 2 Inspections Should Be Accepted Per Year.1.3.
