The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive 24-Hour Transportation Services (Towing, Transport) And Parking In Guarded Parking Lots Of Vehicles Specified In Art. 2 Section 31 Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended), Water And Aircraft Vessels Called Vehicles, And Component Parts Of Vehicles And Ships, Devices And Things, As Well As Towing Of Police Official Vehicles With A Gross Vehicle Weight (Gvw) Of Up To 3.5 T For The Needs Of The District Police Headquarters In Braniewo.2. Towing (Transportation) Services Must Be Provided With Specialized Transport Equipment, Adapted To Transport Vehicles (Often Damaged) And Their Parts, Devices Or Items, In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Law On Road Transport Of Vehicles And Road Traffic Law.3. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Services That Are The Subject Of The Order In The Form Of Partial Orders, In Accordance With The Current Needs Of Police Units.4. The Expected Scope Of Services Divided Into Parts Of The Order (Tasks) Is Specified In Annexes No. 2/1 And No. 9 To The Swz (Price Forms, Description Of The Subject Of The Order).
