The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Construction Of 142.50 M2 Of Exhibition Space, Including 2 (Two) Stands In The Location Owned By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Contractors Offer And The Design Of The Development Of A Promotional Stand (Stand) Developed By The Contractor, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Agreement, Taking Into Account The Conditions Specified In Annex No. 2; 2) Technical Service Of The Stand During The Fair; 3) Stand Service By 2 (Two) People (Hostesses And/Or Hosts) Who Are Fluent In Russian And Communicative In English Or Polish; 4) Dismantling Of The Completed Structures Referred To In Point 1 After The End Of The Fair; 5) Ensuring A Civil Liability Insurance Contract (Oc) For Damage Caused To Third Parties During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement, Including: The Organizer Of The Fair And Sub-Exhibitors, In Relation To The Promotional Stand Referred To In Point 1, For A Minimum Amount Of Pln 500,000.00; 6) Taking And Providing The Ordering Party With Photos Regarding The Activities Carried Out At The Stand Along With The Copyrights To The Above-Mentioned. Tracks; 7) Recording, Developing And Providing The Ordering Party With A Promotional Video Regarding The Activities Carried Out At The Stand, Along With The Copyright To The Above-Mentioned.
