1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Including Comprehensive Modernization And Reconstruction Of Part Of The Building Of The Peoples House Located On Plot No. 521/5 In The Town Of Kłyż.2) The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: A) Performance Of Demolition And Dismantling Works, Including Demolition Of The Wall, Dismantling Of Existing Floors, Wall Coverings, Plasters, Joinery, Sanitary Facilities B) Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Building, Including The Construction Of New Holes, Lintels And Necessary Structural Reinforcements, C) Performance Of General Construction And Finishing Works, Including, Among Others: Making New Plasters, Plasters, Floors Made Of Stoneware Tiles, Wall Coverings Made Of Ceramic Tiles, Painting Rooms And Making Walls Made Of Plasterboards, D) Replacing Internal And External Windows And Doors, E) Reconstruction And Construction Of Sanitary Installations, Including Water Supply, Sewage, Mechanical Ventilation And Installation Of Bathroom Equipment Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities, F) Carrying Out Works In The Field Of Electrical Installations, Including, Among Others: Installation Of Lighting, Electrical Equipment, Paging System, Motion Sensors And Power Supply For Devices, G) Delivery And Installation Of Heating And Air-Conditioning Devices, H) Construction Of A Ramp For People With Disabilities Along With Balustrades And The Necessary Earthworks And Surface Works, 3) In Addition, A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In:  Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 4 To The Swz,  Design Documentation - Annex No. 5 To The Swz,  Stwiorb - Annex No. 6 To Swz,  Designed Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 7 To Swz4) The Draft Contractual Provisions Adopt The Principle Of Lump Sum Remuneration, So The Bill Of Quantities Included In The Order Documentation Is Also Intended To Enable The Valuation Of Individual Elements Of The Works.5) The Ordering Party Expects The Contractor To Provide The Price For The Execution Of The Order As A Lump Sum Price, Which Includes The Execution Of All Elements Of The Order That Are The Subject Of The Drawing And Text Of The Order Documents, Including Vat Applicable On The Date Of Submission Of The Offer. 6) Before Signing The Contract With The Selected Contractor, The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Present A Simplified Offer Cost Estimate, Prepared On The Basis Of The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Stwiorb And A Possible On-Site Visit Carried Out By The Contractor. 7) Moreover, As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That The Works Are Managed By Persons With Qualifications In The Specialties Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Entrusted Task And To Keep An Investment Implementation Log Or A Construction Log (If There Is One).
