1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Delivery Of A Utv Vehicle With Equipment. The Order Is Financed By The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program 1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New, Unused Utv - A Six-Seater, Multi-Purpose, Four-Wheeled Utility Vehicle - Along With Additional Equipment, Cabin Structure, Snow Removal Set And Specialist Equipment. The Vehicle And All Equipment Elements Must Be: - Brand New, Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Unencumbered By The Rights Of Third Parties; - Mutually Compatible; - Installed And Launched Before Acceptance; - Ready For Use As Intended; - In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations, Safety Standards And Approval Requirements. The Vehicle Must Have Documents Enabling Its Registration And Admission To Traffic In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. The Installation Of Additional Equipment Cannot Result In The Loss Of Vehicle Approval, Manufacturers Warranty Or Limit The Safe Operation Of The Vehicle. The Scope Of The Material, Requirements Regarding Materials And Workmanship Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Annex No. 4 To The Swz. Other Conditions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. Swz.
