Annex No. 2.1. – The Assortment And Price Form, Point I. Contains The Name And Number Of Markings/Tests That The Ordering Party Plans To Perform For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. In Point Ii, Each Contractor Is Obliged To Offer And Thus Enter The Quantity And Type, Along With Names And Catalog Numbers (If Any), Of Calibration Parts And Controls As Well As Other Materials Necessary For The Operation Of Automatic Coagulation Analyzers.3.
