1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Purchase Of Electricity For The Facilities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997. Energy Law, The Civil Code And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis. The Commune Of Złotów And The Entities Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Will Conclude Separate Contracts Resulting From This Public Procurement Procedure In The Basic Mode Without Negotiations Purchase Of Electricity Including Electricity Collection Points With Res Installations For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Złotów And Its Organizational Units. Detailed Information Regarding The Conclusion Of Contracts By The Złotów Commune And Its Organizational Units Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Selected Contractors Duty Will Be To Represent The Ordering Party And Its Organizational Units Before The Relevant Distribution System Operator In Matters Related To Reporting A Change Of Supplier.
