The Vehicle Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations:• Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 988, As Amended);12.1.3. The Contractor Should Have And Provide The Ordering Party With All Necessary Documents Required By Law, Enabling Registration Of The Vehicle, No Later Than On The Day Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol.12.1.4. The Place Of Delivery Is The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party.12.1.5. The Vehicle Must Have A Valid Approval Certificate For This Type Of Vehicle Issued By A Statutorily Authorized Body, Which Should Be Delivered To The Ordering Party On The Day Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol At The Latest.12.1.6. The Supplier Provides A Warranty (Full Truck Load) For The Delivered Vehicle For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Without Reservations Or After A Minimum Of 2,000 Hours Of Operation. 12.1.7. The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order Should Be Treated As Minimum Requirements, Unless The Ordering Party Has Indicated The Upper And Lower Limits (Division) Of A Given Parameter.12.1.8. The Price Must Take Into Account All The Requirements Of This Procedure And Include All Costs Incurred By The Contractor For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In A Proper Manner And In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including In Particular: Cost Of Delivery To The Ordering Party, Vat.12.1.9. If The Subject Of The Contract Is Performed With The Participation Of Subcontractors, The Contractor Is Responsible For The Actions Of Subcontractors Towards The Ordering Party As For Its Own.12.1.10. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Cancel The Tender Procedure If The Public Funds It Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Are Not Awarded.12.2.
