1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Entitled: Renovation Of The Weir Mechanism At The Jaz Biała Góra Facility. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Faulty Gate Valves And Drive Mechanisms At The Jaz Biała Góra Facility. The Weir On The Biała Góra Barrage Is Located On The Right Bank Of The Vistula River At The Mouth Of The Nogat. It Has Three Lights Equipped With Two Gates Each: From The Upper Water Side And From The Lower Water Side. The Weir Gates Are Driven By Electrically Driven Mechanisms Controlled By An Automation System. Currently, The Gate Valves On All Weir Lights Do Not Work Properly Due To Mechanical Faults. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Set Out In: - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) - Annex No. 1 To The Swz. - Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) - Annex No. 7 To The Swz.2. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Invalidate This Procedure Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, If The Funds He Intended To Allocate For The Implementation Of The Order Are Not Granted To Him In Whole Or In Part. The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Invalidate The Proceedings With The Above-Mentioned. Premises At Each Stage. The Ordering Party Retains The Right To Cancel The Proceedings With The Above-Mentioned. Conditions Both When He Receives Clear Information That He Has Not Been Granted Funds For The Execution Of The Order, As Well As In The Event Of A Delay In Obtaining Them In Relation To The Assumed Deadline For Completing The Task, If The Lack Of Funds On Time Prevents The Execution Of The Order. The Contractor Does Not Have The Right To Request The Ordering Party To Take Actions Aimed At Obtaining Funds For The Implementation Of The Order If They Are Not Granted To Him From The Assumed Source. In The Event Of Invalidation Of The Proceedings Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, Contractors Are Not Entitled To A Claim For Reimbursement Of Any Costs Of Participation In The Proceedings, Including In Particular Reimbursement Of The Costs Of Carrying Out An On-Site Visit, Costs Of Calculation And Preparation Of The Offer, And Which - By Participating In The Proceedings On The Terms Specified In This Documentation - The Contractors Accept Without Reservations.
