The Works Are Divided Into Two Tasks: Task 1 - Design For The Construction Of An External Passenger Elevator For The Building Of The School Complex No. 2 In Międzychód. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of An External Passenger Elevator At The Building Of The School Complex No. 2 In Międzychód, Located On Plot No. 122. The Investment Will Be Carried Out In The Area Covered By The Local Development Plan, On Land Marked As Bi - Built-Up Areas. The Designed Facility Will Be Located On The Existing Paved Surface, Without The Need To Expand The Communication System. The Investment Area Has Access To The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, Including The Electricity, Water And Sewage Networks. The Aim Of The Investment Is To Ensure Full Accessibility Of The School Building For People With Disabilities And People With Limited Mobility By Constructing A Modern, Five-Station Passenger Lift Serving All Floors Of The Building. The Designed Elevator Will Enable Safe And Comfortable Vertical Communication And Will Adapt The Facility To The Applicable Requirements In Terms Of Architectural Accessibility. The Designed Facility Is An Independent External Passenger Elevator Building With A Compact, Simple Shape, Designed On A Rectangular Plan With Dimensions Of Approximately 5.99 × 2.63 M And A Height Of Up To 13.90 M. The Building Consists Of An Elevator Core Housing The Lifting Device And Communication Vestibules Connecting The Elevator Shaft With The Existing School Building On Individual Storeys. The Entrance To The Elevator From The Outside Is Planned Through A System, All-Glass Vestibule Made Of Aluminum Structure. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Execution Of Preparatory And Earthworks, The Construction Of Foundations And The Reinforced Concrete Structure Of The Facility, The Erection Of Brick Walls Along With Their Insulation And Construction Of Facades, The Construction Of Ceilings And A Flat Roof, The Installation Of Door Joinery And Aluminum Joinery Elements, The Execution Of Roofing, Works Finishing And All Necessary Internal And External Installations Related To The Operation Of The Elevator. The Order Also Includes Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning And Carrying Out All Required Acceptance Of A Five-Station Pass-Through Passenger Lift With Complete Equipment And Putting The Device Into Operation In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including The Requirements Of The Office Of Technical Inspection. An Important Element Of The Investment Is The Connection Of The Designed Facility With The Existing School Building. For This Purpose, It Is Planned To Reconstruct Parts Of The External Walls By Eliminating Existing Window Openings, Constructing New Door Openings With The Required Fire Resistance Class, Constructing Lintels And All Construction And Finishing Works Necessary To Properly Connect The Two Facilities.
