The Order Includes The Delivery Of 120.00 Mg Of Cold Mineral-Asphalt Mixture For The Renovation Of Asphalt-Based Road Surfaces: 1) Road Circuit In Janów Podlaski Ul. Nowa 1 – 50 Mg.2) Road Circuit In Łuków Ul. Łapiguz 112 – 70 Mg. Requirements For A Cold Asphalt Mixture: 1) Be Ready For Use Without The Need For Heating, 2) Enable Installation All Year Round, 3) Be Intended For Repairs To Asphalt Surfaces, 4) Ensure The Possibility Of Vehicle Traffic Immediately After The Repair, 5) Be Used At Temperatures From -20°C To +40°C, 6) Be Resistant To Water, 7) Have High Adhesion To The Substrate, 8) Do Not Require The Use Of An Asphalt Emulsion Before Laying,9) Enable Manual Or Mechanical Compaction,10) Possibility Of Storing The Mixture (Shelf Life) For A Minimum Of 12 Months From The Date Of Delivery To The Ordering Party,11) Should Have: A National Technical Assessment Confirming A Positive Assessment Of The Functional Properties Of The Construction Product For The Intended Use, A Technical Approval Of The Institute Of Dimensions Or A Certificate Of An Independent Entity Authorized To Control Quality Confirming That The Delivered Product Can Be Legally Marketed, And A Quality Certificate For Each Delivered Batch Of The Mixture,12) Should Be Packed In Portions Weighing 20 Kg Or 25 Kg In Polyethylene Bags And Delivered On Non-Returnable Pallets. Deliveries Will Be Made After The Ordering Party Has Notified The Number Of Deliveries By E-Mail. The Contractor Will Deliver The Mineral-Asphalt Mixture No Later Than 5 Business Days From The Date Of Notification. The Contractor Will Provide All Necessary Materials, Means Of Transport And Persons Necessary To Complete The Order.
