1. The Subject Of This Order Are Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Development Of The Yard Of The Museum Of Industrial History In Opatówek.2. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Offer Cost Estimate (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) And Design Documentation (Appendix No. 8 To The Swz).3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of Construction Works Related To The Development Of The Yard Of The Museum Of Industrial History In Opatówek (Constituting An Element Of The Construction Complex Of The Former Fiedler Cloth Factory In Opatówek, Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Kept By The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments), Including: 1) Demolition Of The Old Courtyard Surface, 2) Construction Layers And A New Surface, 3) Installation Of Granite Curbs And Edges,4) Installation Of Glazing To Expose The Historic Sewage System,5) Demolition Of Existing Concrete Stairs And Installation Of Steel Ones,6) Renovation Of The Existing Fence Wall,7) Installation Of A Garbage Bin.4. It Is Recommended That Contractors Inspect The Facility That Is The Subject Of This Order In Order To Evaluate The Documents And Information Provided By The Ordering Party As Part Of This Procedure And To Obtain Any Information That May Be Necessary In Preparing The Offer. 5. The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Employment Of Persons Under An Employment Contract By The Contractor Or Subcontractor. 1) The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Act Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, The Performance Of Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended). This Requirement Applies To Persons Who Perform Activities Directly Related To The Execution Of Works, I.E. The So-Called Manual Workers.2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In Each Subcontracting Agreement Appropriate Provisions Obliging Subcontractors To Employ Under An Employment Contract All Persons Performing The Above-Mentioned Activities.3) Within 14 Days From The Conclusion Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party A Declaration That The Persons Performing The Activities Specified In Point 1 Are Employed On The Basis Of An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended) Along With Showing, Among Others: Names And Surnames Of Employees, The Number Of These People, Type Of Employment Contract, Full-Time Employment And Position (Scope Of Activities Performed). 4) During The Execution Of The Order, At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, Within The Time Specified In The Request, The Contractor Will Submit To The Ordering Party Copies Of Anonymized Employment Contracts Certified As True C
