1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of A Passenger Lift In The Building Of The Piła City Hall. 2. The Task Involves Dismantling The Existing Passenger Lift, Delivering And Installing A New Lift With Accessories In The Existing Elevator Shaft, Including Commissioning, And Adapting The Existing Electrical Installation To The Needs Of The New Lift.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Technical Documentation, Certification In Accordance With Applicable Standards And The Necessary Arrangements With The Office Of Technical Inspection, Including All Necessary Arrangements And Permits For Use.4. The 4-Stop Lift Is Adapted To Transport Disabled People And The Replacement Must Take Place While Maintaining The Existing Lift Shaft In The Piła City Hall Building, 64-920 Piła, Plac Staszica 10.5. The Facility Covered By The Scope Of Work Is A Public Utility Building, Detached With 4 Usable Floors.6. The Work Will Take Place In An Active Facility. The Office Is Open From Tuesday To Friday From 7:30 A.M. To 3:30 P.M., And On Mondays Until 5 P.M. The Work Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Is As Least Burdensome As Possible For Employees And Customers Of The City Hall. During The Implementation Of The Works, The Contractor Will Maintain Proper Order, Leave Communication Routes Unobstructed, And Will Immediately Remove Waste And Garbage Generated During The Works. Due To Work Being Carried Out In An Active Building, Door Openings On All Floors Should Be Protected With Tight Casing Up To Their Full Height.7. The Scope Of The Order Includes Training Of 2 Employees Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Operation And Operation Of The Elevator And Emergency Release Of Passengers At The Ordering Partys Premises.8. Pursuant To Art. 4 Section 3 Of The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For Persons With Special Needs (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1062), The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor, When Implementing The Subject Of The Contract, To Take Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled Persons In Terms Of Architectural, Digital And Information And Communication Accessibility Referred To In Art. 6 Of The Act. 9. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In Annex No. 8 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 10. Technical Views Of The Shaft Are Presented In Annex No. 9 To Swz.11. The Contractors Obligations Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Result From The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 7 To The Swz).12. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Make A Local Visit To The Place Covered By The Order In Order To Become Familiar With The Subject Of The Order. 13. An On-Site Visit Can Be Made No Later Than The Day Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers, From Monday To Friday From 9.00-14.00. An On-Site Visit May Be Carried Out After Prior Arrangement Of The Date With The Contact Person Indicated By The Ordering Party
