1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Hybrid Vehicle, Carried Out Under The Grant Project No. Fenx.06.01-Ip.03-0007/24 Entitled Infrastructural Support For Mental Health Centers For Adults And Centers/Teams Of Community Psychological And Psychotherapeutic Care (1St Reference Level), Implemented Under The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Program, Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund. 2. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver A Brand New Vehicle In The M1 Category, With A Hybrid Drive. The Expected Vehicle Must Be Compliant With Swz, Opz And The Contractors Offer, Approved For Traffic In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland And Meet The Requirements Resulting From Generally Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular Regarding Approval, Safety And Technical Conditions Of Vehicles. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Described In Annexes 2 And 3 To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Offer Of A Used, Demonstration, Test, Post-Accident, Regenerated, Modified Vehicle Outside The Manufacturers Factory Or Encumbered With Third Party Rights. The Vehicle Must Be Fully Functional, Free From Physical, Legal, Material And Construction Defects, And Meet The Quality And Technical Standards Appropriate To Their Function And Purpose.
