The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Rainwater Retention System (Set Of 9 Tanks) Based On Prefabricated Concrete Tanks Collecting Rainwater And Meltwater From Existing Roofs Of Buildings Located On The Plot Covered By The Scope Of The Study, Along With The Reconstruction Of The Existing Infrastructure And The Areas Irrigation System, As Well As Electrical Installation For The Proper Functioning Of The Irrigation System In Question At Ul. Henrykowska 1, 64-100 Leszno, Plot No. 2/2, Ark. 66; Unit Register No. 306301_1, District 0002 In Accordance With The Scope And Provisions Resulting From This Swz Together With Its Annexes. The Plot On Which The Construction Of A Retention System With An Irrigation System Is Planned Is Developed, The Area Is The Seat Of Primary School No. 4 In Leszno With An Adjacent Sports Hall. The Area Is Built-Up With Buildings, Paved Surfaces, Biologically Active Areas And Small Architectural Devices. The Area Is Fenced. The Task Entitled: Construction Of Installations And Tanks For Storing Rainwater On The Premises Of Primary School No. 4 Is Co-Financed By The Government Of The Wielkopolska Voivodeship Under The Program Entitled Rainwater. The Ordering Party Informs That Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party May Invalidate The Contract Award Procedure If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted.
