The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Carry Out An On-Site Inspection Or Check The Documents Necessary To Complete The Order On-Site At The Ordering Partys.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify The Requirements Related To The Employment Of People By The Contractor In Accordance With Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act Pzp.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify Additional Requirements Related To The Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 96 Section 2 Point 2 Of The Public Procurement Law.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Present A Complete Ict List Before Accepting The Project Documentation. The Contractor Is Prohibited From Using Ict Products, Services Or Processes That Have Not Been Previously Notified And Accepted By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Responsible For Providing False, Incomplete Or Outdated Data And For Using A Solution Other Than The Approved One.
