The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Equipment To The Local Government Public Kindergarten In Piotrowice As Part Of The Project: Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Kindergarten Building In Piotrowice - Including The Supply Of Equipment Listed In Annex 8 To The Swz - Price Calculation Sheet. 1. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Purchase Of Equipment Specified In Annex No. 8 To The Swz Together With Its Delivery And Installation In The Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, I.E. Transport, Unloading, Bringing In And Assembly. Assembly Should Be Understood As The Installation Of Complete And Ready-To-Use Equipment (Assembly Will Consist In Particular In Assembling, Installing And Setting Individual Pieces Of Equipment That Are The Subject Of The Order). Assembly Work Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Recommendations Of The Equipment Manufacturers. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Equipment Constituting The Subject Of The Order Be Brand New, Unused, Have The Required Parameters Specified In The Price Calculation Sheet, Be Undamaged, Technically Functional, Complete And Ready For Use, Meet The Standards Required By Polish Law And Be Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects. The Equipment Must Have Appropriate Certificates, Approvals And Approvals Allowing For Sale And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland.3. The Contractor, At Least 2 Days Before The Planned Delivery, Will Inform The Ordering Party About It, Indicating The Dates And Expected Hours Of Delivery And Installation Of The Equipment.4. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place On Business Days, I.E. Monday - - Friday, At Times Agreed Each Time With The Representative Of The Ordering Party.5. The Contract Also Covers All Tests Of The Delivered Elements Of The Subject Of The Order To The Extent Necessary To Assess Their Proper Functioning, Including Connection And Commissioning (If Applicable).6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Variant Offers.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Impose Any Requirements Regarding The Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 96 Section 2 Point 2 Of The Public Procurement Law 8. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Contract Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Pzp.9 Act.
