Task No. 1 Successful Non-Cash Delivery Of Liquid Fuels: Unleaded 95 Gasoline In The Amount Of Approx. 4,500 Liters And Diesel Oil In The Amount Of Approx. 42,600 Liters For Odm No. 1 In Rudniki In The Period From Signing The Contract For 12 Months.1. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Be Of High Quality. During The Term Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Test The Collected Samples Of Each Type Of Fuel Twice In An Independent, Accredited Laboratory At The Expense Of The Tenderer.2. The Gas Station Must Be Located Within A Maximum Of 10 Km From The Headquarters Of Odm 1 Rudniki - Ul. Dworcowa 26, 42-240 Rudniki;3. Deliveries Will Be Made On The Basis Of Ad Hoc, Cashless Refueling Of Vehicles And Canisters And Into Tanks With A Capacity Of 2,500 L Located On The Premises Of Odm1 On A Continuous Basis (Specified In Annex No. 1 To Swz). For Each Purchase Of Fuel, The Contractor Will Receive A Fee Determined On The Basis Of The Current Gross Price Of One Liter Of Fuel On The Day Of Purchase (Refueling), Taking Into Account The Discount Granted By The Contractor And The Amount Of Fuel Purchased (Fueled) By The Ordering Party. 4. Supplied Fuels Must Meet The Standards Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024. On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018) And Current Standards: Pn-En 228+A1 (For Unleaded 95 Gasoline) And Pn-En 590+A1 (For Diesel Oil). At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present An Appropriate Fuel Quality Certificate, Which Will Include The Laboratory Results Of Testing The Supplied Fuel Regarding The Compliance Of The Fuel With The Rmkiś Of June 26, 2024. For Liquid Fuels. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Fuels Adapted To Low Temperatures.5. In The Event Of Changes To The Applicable Quality Standards During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Adapt The Quality Of Fuels To The New Standards.6. The Amount Of Fuel Purchased Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party.7. The Ordering Party Allows For The Purchase Of Smaller Quantities Of Fuel Than Those Specified In Point 1, Without The Possibility Of Financial Claims From The Contractor In Accordance With § 9 Section 1 Point 1 Letter B Draft Contract.8. Limitation Of The Scope Of The Order Specified In § 1 Section 1, May Not Amount To More Than 50% Of The Order Quantity. The Contractor Declares That He Agrees To Withdraw From Part Of The Contract In Such A Situation.9.
