3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Related To Adapting Ztpo To The Conditions Of Connection Of Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. In The Design And Build Formula, Including The Development Of Design Documentation And The Performance Of Construction And Assembly Works Related To The Adaptation Of The Electricity Infrastructure Of The Thermal Waste Processing Plant In Krakow.3.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes:3.2.1. Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation,3.2.2. Obtaining All Required Arrangements And Opinions,3.2.3. Agreeing The Design Documentation With Tauron Dystrybucja S.A.,3.2.4. Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works,3.2.5. Delivery Of Devices, Apparatus And Materials,3.2.6. Carrying Out Tests, Measurements And Examinations,3.2.7. Carrying Out Functional Commissioning3.2.8. Starting Data Transmission To The Operators Systems,3.2.9. Preparation Of As-Built Documentation,3.2.10. Participation In Technical Acceptance And Final Acceptance.3.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Works, Supplies, Services, Arrangements, Tests, Tests, Configurations, Commissioning And Formal And Legal Activities Necessary To Achieve The Investment Objective, I.E. Meeting The Connection Conditions Issued By Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. And Effective Commissioning And Operation Of The Systems Covered By The Order, Even If They Are Not Expressly Mentioned In The Functional And Utility Program, Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu. 3.4. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Conduct Training For The Staff Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Service, Operation, Diagnostics And Basic Maintenance Of The Installed Installations, Devices And Systems Covered By The Subject Of The Agreement. The Training Will Be Conducted Before The Subject Of The Agreement Is Submitted For Final Acceptance, On A Date Agreed With The Ordering Party. Confirmation Of The Training Will Be A Protocol Signed By The Representatives Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor.3.5. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out On An Active Industrial Facility. The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize The Works In A Way That Ensures The Continuity Of The Operation Of The Waste Thermal Processing Plant And The Safety Of Employees And Users Of The Facility.3.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 1 To The Swz (Functional And Utility Program With Attachments).3.8.
