Tenders Are Invited For Transporting And Dropping Off Children To The Primary School In Niepart In The 2026/2027 School Year

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Transportation And Transportation Of Children To The Primary School In Niepart In The School Year 2026/27.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes Transport And Pick-Up Of School Children Attending The Primary School In Niepart, I.E. Children From The Towns Of Zmysłowo, Szurkowo, Roztężniewo, Gostkowo, Gogolewo And Niepart In The Period From September 1, 2026 To June 25, 2027, From Monday To Friday, Excluding Winter Breaks, Public Holidays, Days On Which Learning Will Take Place Remotely And Other Additional Days Free From Learning School. The School Buildings To Which Children Will Be Transported Are Located In Niepart No. 45 And Gostków No. 87.3. To Perform The Task, The Contractor Must Have One Bus Capable Of Transporting 50 People At A Time, Properly Prepared In Terms Of Its Technical Condition, And Employ At Least One Employee As A Driver.4. The Contractor Undertakes The Obligation To Employ An Authorized Guardian Responsible For Children During The Performance Of The Service.5. The Contractor Assumes The Obligation To Act As A Coordinator For The Driver And Guardian.6. The Average Bus Route In One Day Depends On The Lesson Plan And Is 159.6 Km. The Bus Route Is Presented In Detail In Annex No. 1 To This Request For Quotation.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Transported Persons With Appropriate Safety And Hygiene Conditions And The Necessary Comforts In Accordance With The Provisions And Principles Specified In The Transport Law, With Particular Emphasis On The Rules For The Transport Of Children And School Youth.8. The Service Provider Is Obliged To Conclude An Insurance Contract Against Civil Liability And Accidents In Connection With The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, I.E. Civil Liability Insurance In Connection With The Business Activity And Accident Insurance For The Vehicle Used To Perform The School Transport Service.9. In The Event Of A Failure Of The Means Of Transport / For Any Reason / During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Replacement Means Of Transport, No Later Than The Time Declared In The Offer.10. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Make Changes To The Number Of Kilometers And Delivery And Pickup Times. 11. The Ordering Party Must Be Informed About The Need To Provide Additional Transport Services.12. The Contractors Price Must Include The Cost Of Travel To The Place Of Service Provision.13. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding Contracts Similar To 20% Of The Value Of The Basic Contract In The Event Of Circumstances Such As: Changes In School Timetables As A Result Of Changes In The Organization Of School Work, Meals For Students, Additional Classes, School Events Or Celebrations, Etc.
