1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Collection, Transport, Storage And Release Of Bodies Of Deceased Persons And Stillborn Children In The Wards Of The Provincial Specialist Hospital. Stefan Cardinal Wyszyński Independent Public Health Care Center In Lublin, And In Particular: 1) Collection And Transport Of Patients Bodies (Including The Bodies Of Stillborn Children) From The Sick Rooms Of Individual Organizational Units Of The Ordering Party To The Cold Storage Room Of The Contractor Or The Department Of Pathology Of The Medical University Of Lublin; 2) Securing The Bodies During Transport In A Bag Adapted To The Storage And Transport Of Deceased Persons, Keeping Records Containing All Data Regarding The Order To Store The Bodies In The Cold Store And Details Of The Person Authorized To Bury The Deceased Person Who Collected The Body From The Contractors Cold Room; 3) Collection And Transportation Of The Bodies Of Stillborn Children, Regardless Of The Duration Of Pregnancy, From The Obstetrics And Gynecology Department With The Gynecological Emergency Room To The Contractors Cold Room; 4) Storing The Bodies Of Deceased Persons In The Contractors Cold Room At The Ordering Partys For Up To 72 Hours From The Time Of The Patients Death Indicated In The Referral Card Corpse To A Cold Store, And Over 72 Hours For Payment In Accordance With Art. 28 Section 5 Of The Act Of April 15, 2011.
