The Order In Question (Stage 1) Covers The Scope Of Design Documentation Only Partially On A Section With A Length Of Approx. 1157.30 Meters In Km. 1 + 900 - 3 + 057.30 Location Of The Investment - Forest Road No. 23 Located In The Pleśna Forestry, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Tarnów Poviat, In The Pleśna Commune.2) The Order Covers The Reconstruction Of A Forest Road On A Section Of 1157.30 M, Consisting In - Profiling Of Existing Storage Yards Adjacent To The Road, Road, Shoulders And Exits, - Construction Of Surfaces Made Of Crushed Aggregate Fraction 0/31.5 Mm On The Road, Roadsides, Exits, Storage Yards, - Execution Of Sectional Reinforcement Of The Surface, - Replacement Of Wooden Water Drains, I.E. Dismantling The Existing, Damaged Ones And Installing New Ones, Also Wooden Ones With The Same Parameters, - Replacement Of Damaged End Walls And Paving At The Inlet And Outlet Of Culverts Under The Road Crown And At Exits, - Construction Of Earth Shelves And Fascine Fences. The Reconstruction Of The Road Is Intended To Improve The Safety And Comfort Of Forest Management, Vehicle And Pedestrian Traffic. 3.2. Detailed Information Regarding The Order Is Specified In The Construction Design And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works Orders 1) The Contractor Of The Works Is Responsible For The Quality Of Their Execution And For Their Compliance With The Design Documentation. Measurement Works For The Purposes Of The Works And All Related Costs Are Charged To The Contractor And Should Be Included In The Contract Price. 2) The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For Meeting The Quantitative And Qualitative Requirements, The Materials Will Be Obtained From Any Source. 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Only Equipment That Will Not Adversely Affect The Quality.
