The Contractor Will Include An Additional Item In The Offer Cost Estimate - The Cost Of Developing Design Documentation. The Detailed Scope Of Works Includes: Stage I - Development Of Documentation For The Architectural And Construction Design Along With All Necessary Arrangements, Opinions And Permits. Stage Ii - Development Of Technical And Executive/Workshop Documentation To The Extent Necessary To Perform The Construction Works, Technical Specifications. Stage Iii - Preparatory Works - The Contractor Will Perform Preparatory Works At His Own Expense, In The Amount Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Construction. Stage Iv - Execution Of Construction Works Consisting Of On The Demolition Of Fragments Of The Existing Floor. Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Wooden Floor On The Entire Surface Of The Room Covered By The Subject Of The Study. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program For The Construction Of A Wooden Floor Located On The First Floor Of The Bcu In Nysa.2. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To: 1) Secure The Premises On The Ground Floor Of Bcu And Conduct Work In Such A Way That It Is Possible To Conduct Teaching Classes Without Disruption, 2) Comply With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, 3) The Contractor Will Develop A Financial And Material Schedule Of Works Taking Into Account The Organization Of The School Year, 4) The Contractor, As The Producer Of Waste Generated During The Above-Mentioned Works, Is Responsible For Its Storage And, If Necessary, Should Regulate The Formal And Legal Status In The Field Of Waste Management (Act Of 14/12/2012 On Waste, Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 992, As Amended), 5) All Waste At The Contractors Expense Should Be Processed And Managed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. Waste Suitable For Recycling Should Be Selected And Subjected To This Process. 6) The Contractor Will Prepare An Inspection Report. 7) The Contractor Is Legally And Materially Responsible For The Use Of Safe Work Methods And For Any Damage To Existing Devices, Networks, Buildings And Third Parties. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Any Losses Resulting From The Execution Of The Works Or Caused By The Contractors Personnel.
